I finally broke down and ordered a 23andMe Kit: Ancestry + Health kit. Sure, I’ve had my genetics tested at Companion Dx and AB-Biotics, but I’m more interested in playing with the 23andMe API than anything.

I’ve got HomeAssisant running on our network and monitoring all our switches and devices.
Our status of “Home” or “Away” is determined by a shell script that queries the router to check for the presence of our phones on the network.
